Prepare your concrete project brief
A short, clear project brief helps you explain the work without guessing technical specifications.

Describe the result you want
Name the surface and its everyday use. Include approximate length and width, a simple sketch and photographs from several angles. State whether you want new installation, expansion or removal and replacement. Standalone repair inquiries are outside this site’s supported scope.
Make site constraints easy to find
Record the narrowest access, current surface, steps, doors, visible drainage issues and anything you want protected. Note the full property address and whether the work touches the street or supports a structure. Do not guess underground utility locations.
Prepare questions for the business
Ask whether the project fits its services and current territory, whether there is an assessment charge and what information is needed for a written estimate. A site visit may be necessary. Availability and price must be confirmed by the independent provider.
Build a useful project brief
Choose a project type and enter approximate dimensions. This tool organizes your questions; it does not design a slab or estimate a price. Information stays in this page.
Official planning reference: Eagle Mountain Building Department. This worksheet organizes your inquiry; the authority and provider determine the required scope.
Make the next conversation useful
Prepare your project brief, then compare estimate scope. For a street-facing project in Eagle Mountain, review the Eagle Mountain planning example. In other cities, consult that city’s official resource and confirm the rules for your property.
